Healthcare Web Application
Built a healthcare management system at FPT Software with analytics, A/B testing, and SEO optimisation. Set up GA4 and GTM tracking, applied accessibility standards, and mentored a 4-member team.
Overview
At FPT Software I joined a healthcare web application project as the technical lead for the frontend team. A key part of this engagement was translating ambiguous business requirements into precise, testable acceptance criteria — a discipline that became a cornerstone of how I work. I instrumented the product with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to give stakeholders a real understanding of user behaviour, ran A/B experiments to validate feature hypotheses before full rollout, and applied WCAG accessibility standards throughout. I also mentored and conducted code reviews for a four-member team, establishing unit testing practices to improve overall code quality.
